Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once the request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After a quality check at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
